Fix Cycle pilot

What happens when you book a pilot call

20 minutes with our team. We take one thing that changed in your offer and check, live, what AI says about it today. You don’t buy anything and you don’t commit to anything.

  • The call is free
  • No commitment
  • No access to your site or CMS
See the steps

Step by step

From booking to a decision. Your decision.

Before the call

  1. You pick a time

Book 20 minutes in the calendar at the bottom of this page. The confirmation arrives by email.

  2. You bring one change

Your site address and one sentence about what changed is enough: price, scope of services, industry or name. If you remember a question a customer asked, bring it. No slides needed.

On the call · 20 minutes

  1. We agree on one fact and one question

We ask what changed, since when and who asks about it. Together we pick one fact and one buyer question worth starting with.

  2. We check live what AI says

We ask AI assistants that question and read the answer next to your fact. You see right away whether AI gives the new version, the old one, or neither.

  3. We check whether your site can fix it

We look at whether a page you control states the new fact clearly. If the old version comes from reviews or media, we say so plainly: then a correction on your site won’t fix it.

After the call

  1. You decide

If it fits, we explain what the pilot covers and agree on scope and price. If not, the call ends there. You don’t sign or pay for anything.

What you leave with

You know what AI says about your change today

You leave the call with a first check: the AI answer next to your fact, and the page that should state it. Even if you don’t go ahead with a pilot.

Example with a fictional company

Buyer question

“How much is Pipewren’s Pro plan?”

AI answer

Old version

Pipewren’s Pro plan costs $49 per month.

Your fact, since September 1

The Pro plan costs $59 per month.

Your page: pipewren.io/pricing. The new price is only in a table, with no sentence AI could quote. That is where a correction would start.

No commitment

What you don’t have to do

  • You don’t buy anything

The call is free. We only agree on a pilot price if you want to go further.

  • You don’t promise anything

You don’t sign a contract or a letter of intent on the call. You can simply say no.

  • You don’t give us access

We read public pages. We don’t ask for access to your site, CMS or passwords.

  • You don’t prepare anything

No slides, no reports. One thing that changed is enough.

If you say yes

The pilot is your first Fix Cycle with our team

One ticket for one wrong AI claim, in the RiseChat app. It closes once the fix is published, with a summary of every change.

  1. Error found

The AI claim, model and date next to a confirmed fact.

  2. Page traced

The page that should state the fact, from the latest crawl.

  3. Fix drafted

Proposed changes: what the page says now and what it should say.

  4. Facts approved

Your team approves the facts the correction relies on.

  5. Published

You publish it yourself: copy the change as text, HTML or Markdown.

  6. Summary

The ticket closes with a summary. The question stays in monitoring: AI is asked again every 48 h.

Your part

Someone confirms the facts, someone publishes the change. In a small team that’s one person. We do the rest.

We don’t promise that the AI answer will change, or when. After publishing, the question stays in monitoring, so you see what AI answers next, including when nothing changes.
